We accept returns only in the case if you have received wrong product instead of the one what you had ordered. In such a situation please contact us, we will arrange a reverse pickup from our courier partner and will collect the wrong product which has been delivered to you if your location is under serviceable area or else we will refund the courier charges paid by you while sending it back to us. Kindly make sure the wrong product delivered should be in exactly the same condition as it was when it was received by you. If you fail to maintain the condition stated above, it will be considered as sold & you will have to pay for the product.
If you want to return the product for any other reason, then a return charge of Rs.40/- will be incurred.
If you think you have ordered a wrong item, if you request us within 12hrs of the time of purchase. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back. After 12hrs of purchase if you fail to send order cancellation email, you will be not be eligible for the return policy, since the product might have been shipped by the time. When you cancel the order, make sure you submit a proper reason, without proper reason for cancellation, we will not be able to accept it. We make every bespoke products after we get the order; cancelling any order will affect us & so expect your co-operation in this regard. Refund will be processed from our side in maximum 24 hours as mentioned earlier.
