Payment Terms

We offer multiple secure payment methods for your convenience:
Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Net Banking (All major banks supported)
Digital Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for select pin codes)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store customer payment details for security purposes.
In case of transaction failure but payment deduction, customers should contact their bank.

Order & Cancellation Policy

At Story@Home, we strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel your order, please note the following:

Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you decide to cancel an order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it.
Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed for shipping.
Customers must provide a valid reason for cancellation. Unjustified cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 2 business days.
If paid via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If the order was placed via COD, no refund is applicable since no payment was made upfront.

Return & Refund Policy

At Story@Home, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.storyathome.com.

Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement if:
The received product is different from what was ordered.
The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery.
The product received does not match the description on the website.
The product is missing parts or accessories mentioned in the product details.
The return request is raised within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns
The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Any return request made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving a return or refund.

Refund Process
If the order was prepaid, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, the customer must provide bank account details for the refund process.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 4-5 working days.
Delivery times may vary based on customer location and unforeseen circumstances.

Return Shipping Guidelines
To return a product, customers should send it to:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
If returning an item valued over ₹499, customers should use a trackable shipping service.
Story@Home is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Product Availability & Pricing

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Discounts, promotions, and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
If a product is out of stock or delayed, customers will be notified via email or phone.

Limitation of Liability

Story@Home is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier failures.

Privacy & Data Protection

We prioritize customer privacy and handle personal information securely.
Customer data is used only for order processing, shipping, and support services.
We do not sell, share, or misuse customer data.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
